Ray Allen's feud with Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce are well-documented. After the superstar shooter left the Boston Celtics to join their rivals in the Miami Heat, his former teammates did not like that move. As a result, Allen was repeatedly left out of celebrations of the Big 4, and was scorned by Garnett and Pierce.

However, the former Celtics teammates seem to have mended their relationship as of late. The trio were seen bonding during the NBA's All-Star weekend, and Allen was invited to Garnett's jersey retirement ceremony. After that ceremony, Allen said that there was never any beef between the former teammates. (via NBCSCeltics)

While Allen may not have held any ill will against his former teammates, it's clear that Garnett, Pierce, and Rajon Rondo didn't like what he did. The Celtics were one of the biggest thorns on the side of LeBron James, both in his first stint in Cleveland and with Miami. Allen joining the Heat was similar to Kevin Durant joining the Warriors, which made it sting for fans and players alike.

However, time heals all wounds. For all of Garnett and Pierce's pettiness, the Celtics duo seems to have come to terms with the fact that Allen did what was right for his career. Joining a hated rival ultimately isn't a great reason to cut off Allen, as they have won a chip together and were top contenders in the league.

Perhaps we'll see an interview between these three about these feud at some point? That would certainly be interesting for Celtics fans everywhere.
