All 30 NBA front offices passed up on the chance to select Tacko Fall out of the University of Central Florida in the 2019 NBA draft. Skeptics were wary whether the 7-foot-7, 289 lbs. big man could keep up with the fast-paced action in the professional ranks.
Fall quickly put that notion to bed when he discussed the most underrated part of his game.

Luckily for the Senegalese center, the Boston Celtics gave him a shot in summer league. The Celts were impressed with what they saw from Fall and eventually signed him to an undisclosed deal.
Fall became a fan favorite throughout summer league, as he wowed the crowd with his tantalizing presence alone. Moreover, people were blown away with his mind-boggling tip-toe dunks. In five outings, Fall averaged 7.2 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 1.4 blocks.
Fall does fill in a positional need for Boston. They lost All-Star veteran center Al Horford this off-season. Likewise, they also traded away back-up big man Aron Baynes.
There's no telling whether Fall can make an immediate impact on the floor for the Celtics. Surely, there is still a lot of work to be done for UCF stand out. Nevertheless, he is still a tantalizing prospect that the 17-time world champs can develop this season.
