The emergence of Boston Celtics rising star point guard Terry Rozier in the second half of this season was easily one of the best stories of the 2017-18 NBA campaign.

With such a huge improvement in his play, especially during the absence of Celtics star point guard Kyrie Irving due to his knee injury, many people have pondered how Rozier's future will unfold after he becomes a restricted free agent following the 2018-19 season.

On Friday afternoon, Scary Terry went on Twitter to take a shot at his doubters and said that they needed to pay double.

With the money aspect of Rozier's contract with the Celtics in mind, there continue to be rumors swirling around regarding the 24-year-old guard's long-term future in Boston and the possibility that he may be traded this offseason.

Once Irving is 100 percent healthy and makes his return from knee surgery, Rozier will be back to his role of coming off the bench in Celtics head coach Brad Steven's lineup.

Although Rozier had a very sour ending to his season with just a 2-of-14 shooting performance in the 87-79 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals, Rozier put up some very good numbers during the postseason. In 19 playoff starts for Boston, Scary Terry averaged 16.5 points per game on 40.6 percent shooting from the field, 5.7 assists, 5.3 rebounds, and 1.3 steals per game in roughly 36.6 minutes of action per contest.

Regardless, Rozier will play a huge role next season in the Celtics' success as the team looks to head back to the NBA Finals for the first time since 2010.
