The Boston Celtics didn't waste any time in Game 5 of their Eastern Conference Semifinals series against the Toronto Raptors, quickly racing out to an impressive 27-point lead in the first half. Kemba Walker was huge for the Cs in the showdown, even banking a sweet buzzer-beating layup to end the first two quarters of the contest.
Even more impressive, Kemba did it after passing through four Raptors defenders.

As you can see, Kemba Walker effortlessly gets off a finger roll before the buzzer sounds.
That 27-point deficit for the Raptors is their largest at halftime in franchise history, and they also tied a record for lowest points scored in a quarter with 11 in the first frame.
The Celtics' defense has been the biggest hindrance for the Raptors at the start the game, and it certainly looked as if it was more of the same in the second half. Pascal Siakam committed his fifth foul mid-way through the third quarter.
After losing two straight in the series, the Cetics' fortunes seem to be changing in Game 5.
