Andy Reid and the Kansas City Chiefs will be out for revenge in Week 11 when they take on the Las Vegas Raiders at Allegiant Stadium.
The Raiders upset the Chiefs in Week 5 by a final score of 40-32. After the game, Las Vegas' team buses circled Arrowhead Stadium on their way to Kansas City International Airport.
When asked about the Raiders' “victory lap,” Reid bluntly said that is not KC's style, per Adam Teicher of ESPN.
“They won the game, so they can do anything they want to do,” the Chiefs coach said on Monday. “That's not our style.
“It's two good football teams playing each other. I don't think either team likes the other that much, as they've stated before.”
The Chiefs are 8-1 on the season, while the Raiders are 6-3.
Patrick Mahomes could win his second MVP award this season, as he's playing lights out football for Kansas City. The 25-year-old has thrown for 2,687 yards and 25 touchdowns on the season. His only interception came in Week 5 against the Raiders.
Since becoming the Chiefs' head coach in 2013, Andy Reid has gone 85-36 in the regular season and 5-5 in the playoffs. He finally got over the hump last season when KC defeated the San Francisco 49ers in the Super Bowl.
Kansas City is currently trying to repeat as champions and they could very well achieve that goal since they have the best quarterback in the NFL.
