Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is arguably the best player in the NFL at his position and the numbers show it.

The veteran had yet another big game on Sunday as the Chiefs beat the Dallas Cowboys 19-9, grabbing five receptions for 74 yards. In the process, he crept up to fifth on the all-time TE list in yards. Via NFL on CBS:

As you can see, he's only about 1,300 yards off Shannon Sharpe but Kelce has played far fewer games. Kelce may not catch Chiefs legend Tony Gonzalez who is far above the rest, but he's definitely solidifying himself as one of the best to ever do it.

Kelce is enjoying yet another impressive campaign for KC, making 67 catches for 821 yards while also notching five touchdowns. He's been one of Patrick Mahomes' main targets as per usual alongside Tyreek Hill.

The Chiefs offense has struggled at times this season though, but they've seemed to find a rhythm as of late, grabbing four straight wins and scoring 60 points across the last two weeks against the Raiders and Cowboys.

Kelce's production has played a huge part, grabbing eight receptions for 119 yards as they put up 41 points on Las Vegas in Week 10. While he will be strictly focused on helping the Chiefs make another Super Bowl run, that all-time list will undoubtedly be in the back of Kelce's mind.
