Colin Kaepernick hasn't played in the NFL since 2016. But, he isn't giving up his dreams of being in the league again. The former San Francisco 49ers QB has been training night and day in case a team comes calling again. In fact, Kap is working almost around the clock to get his body and skills right. Per TMZ Sports:

“I'm still up at 5 am five, six days a week to train, making sure I'm prepared to take a team to the Super Bowl again.”

Colin Kaepernick has definitely been blackballed by the NFL over his decision to kneel during the national anthem. He even sued them a few years back but the situation never went anywhere. According to Kap, he knows organizations are still avoiding him because of the stance he took:

“You're gonna have to deny me and do so in a public way, and you're gonna expose yourself by that but it wont be because I'm not prepared or ready.”

Colin Kaepernick actually had a workout with a handful of teams in November of 2019, but nothing ever came of it, despite him showing that he can still throw the ball well. In the meantime, Kap is also venturing into other aspects of life such as acting, his activist work, and charity work.
