Cowboys RT Zack Martin (calf) out for remainder of Washington game
Zack Martin, the All-Pro right tackle for the Dallas Cowboys, suffered a calf injury Thursday in the first quarter against the Washington Football Team. He has been ruled out for the remainder of the game.
The #Cowboys have already ruled out RT Zack Martin with a calf injury. Never a good sign.

If you need any reminder or indication about Zack Martin’s value to the Cowboys, try this fact:
The only full game Zack Martin missed this season was Week 7 at Washington. The Cowboys scored 3 points and allowed 6 sacks.
Impossible to overstate his impact.

The Cowboys’ season outlook improved markedly this past Sunday, after Dallas went into Minneapolis and upset the Minnesota Vikings, breaking the Vikes’ three-game winning streak. Given the continued struggles of the Philadelphia Eagles, the NFC East remains within reach for coach Mike McCarthy’s group.
The Cowboys, as part of their Thanksgiving Day game, are playing the second of three games within a 12-day span. One has to wonder if Zack Martin will be available for next Thursday’s game at the Baltimore Ravens.
