The Oakland Raiders and Chicago Bears are finalizing a blockbuster deal that will send superstar defensive end Khalil Mack to The Windy City, according to multiple reports. Portland Trail Blazers star Damian Lillard is a Raiders fan, and he expressed his displeasure with the move on Saturday morning:

It's certainly understandable for Lillard, and all Raiders fans for that matter, to be disappointed with the move. The Raiders will reportedly be getting two first-round picks and more in the deal, but Mack is one of the best defensive players in the league and is just hitting his prime at 27 years old. Those kinds of players aren't usually traded, but apparently Oakland didn't want to pay the premium for Mack's new massive contract and preferred the draft picks and extra payroll flexibility.

While the Raiders will try to regroup and have a successful season without Mack, Lillard is preparing to bounce back from a disappointing season with Portland. The Blazers earned the No. 3 seed in the Western Conference last season, but they promptly got swept out of the playoffs by the sixth-seeded New Orleans Pelicans. Lillard really struggled in the series, so he's going to have to get over that disappointment and his Raiders disappointment in 2018-19.
