Check out our Ahmed (Geb) Guide to know how to build the newest 5-Star coming in Dislyte's Patch 3.0.2 this Tuesday!

Ahmed, one of Dislyte’s newest characters, is a powerful 5-star support Esper who can heal, buff, and accelerate a whole team, all at the same time. While he can’t compete in terms of team-wide healing present in other top-tier healers, he has the edge of having a unique ATK buff that can stack with the standard ATK Up. He also has the incredible ability to reduce a whole team’s cooldowns, which can turn the tide of the battle at any time.

Ahmed (Geb) Guide: Abilities Overview

Ahmed’s first ability is Prelude To Life. This ability attacks one target, dealing damage based on his ATK and HP while healing one random ally based on Ahmed’s max HP. This seems simple enough, but it gives the idea that Ahmed is primarily built with HP in mind. Having a high HP pool allows for high, consistent healing while making the caster quite tanky overall.

Ahmed’s second ability is a passive, called Warm Harmonics. Whenever Ahmed actively casts a healing ability, he additionally heals the ally with the lowest HP. If that ally suffers from a max HP penalty, Ahmed restores a portion of the penalty, clears any Diseased debuff, and applies a stack of Supporting Song. Ahmed automatically applies the second stack of Supporting Song if their HP is below a threshold.

Supporting Song: (Undispellable) Grants a percentage of base ATK boost per stack (has a max stack limit).

Warm Harmonics is quite the lengthy ability for a passive, but it’s also just as powerful as it is verbose. The Max HP penalty debuff is an annoying, undispellable debuff that can severely reduce an Esper’s survivability, even though multiple waves. This is especially notable on the higher floors of the Spatial Tower, where many high-level Hydes and Lou Yans run rampant. Ahmed’s passive is a direct counter to their debuff, which is very handy for clearing the tower.

Ahmed’s third ability is World Stage. It reduces the ability cooldowns for all allies while healing the allies with the lowest HP multiple times, ensuring that all your Espers can survive the first few turns in a fight. This is incredibly powerful for Controller teams who cycle abilities quickly, where World Stage can be used to push them even faster.

Ahmed Best Relics and Resonance

All-Around Set: Wind Walker 4-piece, Master Grove/Adamantine 2-piece

Una II: HP%, Una IV: HP%, Mui II: SPD

Wind Walker allows Ahmed to stay on pace with quick controllers, and support them more efficiently. However, HP must still be built in mind, so Ahmed can heal for huge amounts when needed. Master Grove is a good early game option, but Adamantine grants a much-needed boost to the team’s survivability in the first few turns of the battle.

Resonance should prioritize his HP%, in order to enhance his healing capabilities and survivability.

Conclusion

Ahmed is some sort of a hybrid healer-buffer for the most part, which is actually a good thing for the metagame. There are already many strong pure healers like Clara and Sally, and any similar additions will only be placed under direct comparison to them. Overall, Ahmed is one of the few offensive supports who can also heal a lot, which is a refreshing sight to see.
