Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson got a boo-boo. It's a pretty bad one that's hard to look at. Yikes!

The actor turned to Instagram to let the world know that he screwed up his elbow while filming an upcoming movie called The Smashing Machine. In the video, he discussed what happened and even asked fans for advice on what to do next.

And it's pretty grotesque, so view it at your own discretion…

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson shows injury on Instagram

The caption he wrote with it says, “Functional medicine, holistic medicine, modern medicine — I'm an advocate for it all when we get banged up. But don't sleep on the power of the ‘healing Teremana hooch' Sunshine & pain Smashing em up soulman.”

In the clip, he's cordial and basically acts like the injury doesn't hurt like hell (which we're guessing it does).

“Anytime you're in a movie called Smashing Machine, you're going to get smashed up,” he said in the clip as he showed his elbow to the camera — looking totally disjointed.

“Look at that sucker right there,” he added, showing more of his elbow. “It looks like I have a cantaloupe at the bottom of my elbow.”

You don't need to be a doctor to tell that it's pretty messed up.

The Rock continued, “I got banged up pretty good today in our scenes. And there might be some soft tissue damage there. That's a lot of fluid. We'll see. I gotta get it out of there first before I get any kind of MRI. But uh…the pain feels pretty good. But all good. It is what it is until it isn't.”

He then talked about what his dad had told him way back in the day.

“I remember my old man used to say, God rest his soul, he was an old school pro wrestler, old school body builder, and he used to always say, ‘A day without pain is like a day without sunshine, boy,'” Johnson added.

From there, he asked if there was any medical advice. And fans did chime in the comment section.

“Dandelion Root, Ginger, Tumeric, Pineapple and Black Pepper shots,” one person wrote.

“Arnica is excellent for inflammation. YOu can take it in dissolvable tablets or apply oil topically,” someone else suggested.

“I think 100 grams of In-N-Out Burger will fix you right up,” another commenter added.

Hey, those tips could work. Judging by the video, though, it looks like something he may want to get checked out sooner rather than later. Ugh.
