It looks like there's no need for Jalen Hurts' last name against the Washington Football Team on Tuesday night. Get it? Because he's not hurt anymore. With that lame introduction out of the way, the Philadelphia Eagles received great news as Hurts is now on track to start in Week 15.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the star quarterback has no injury designation for their upcoming skirmish with the Washington Football Team.

The 23-year-old Hurts missed the Eagles' win over the New York Jets two weeks ago due to a sprained left ankle. He was supposed to be questionable against the Washington Football Team but the game getting moved back two days later due to the COVID-19 situation proved to be a blessing in disguise.

Getting a bye in Week 14 was also beneficial to Hurts, giving him ample time to heal. He was already a full participant in their last practice.

With Hurts out, his backup Gardner Minshew was more than game to step up. He steered the Eagles to the win over the Jets, even sharing a memorable moment with his father after the game.

Barring any untoward development, Hurts will reclaim his starting spot in Week 15. He has started 12 games this season, tallying 60.1 percent completions for 2,435 yards with 13 touchdowns and eight interceptions.

The Eagles are looking to keep their heads afloat with a 6-7 record, tied incidentally with the Washington Football Team for second place in the NFC East.

Getting Hurts back definitely won't um, hurt.
