Still reeling from the devastating news that his 22-year-old sister, Chyna passed away in a car crash early Saturday morning, Celtics All-Star Isaiah Thomas was quite emotional before Boston took on the Chicago Bulls in Game 1 of their first-round matchup.
Thomas broke down into tears during Boston's morning shootaround and was consoled by teammate Avery Bradley, who grew up with the Celtics All-Star in the Seattle area. Then during the pregame introductions, the Celtics held a moment of silence for Chyna, which brought Thomas to tears yet again.
Thomas chose to honor his sister by writing her name and “RIP Lil Sis” on his shoes:

It is hard to imagine what Thomas is going through but he is clearly playing with a heavy heart and a lot of emotion against the Bulls in Game 1.
