Trae Young has done it again. After a third-quarter collapse that saw the Atlanta Hawks lose their seven-point halftime lead and trail the Miami Heat by eight points entering the fourth quarter, Ice Trae put on his Superman cape to save his team and probably the series.
Sure enough, his Game 3 winner drew some epic reactions from the NBA world, with his Hawks teammate Clint Capela and veteran broadcaster Skip Bayless all hyped up about the incredible play.
With less than 10 seconds left on the clock, Young attacked the basket with no fear and launched his lethal floater. Young got the friendly bounce, but that was all he needed to give the Hawks the 111-110 lead with just 4.4 seconds remaining.
Ice in his veins ❄

As mentioned, Clint Capela couldn't hold back his delight as the Hawks finally got one win and cut the Heat's series lead to 2-1. Meanwhile, Skip Bayless reiterated his prediction on Atlanta winning at home.
LFG!!!!

Trae Young finally did what I said on Undisputed he would do tonight: win one game in this series, at home. He again shot it poorly – until the home stretch. Finally made a big three (he's 4-23 in the series). And he got downhill on PJ Tucker and got a friendly roll on floater.

Trae Young did shoot poorly in the game, going 6-of-14 from the field including 2-of-6 from deep, but he made sure to make the basket that counts the most. Fans couldn't help but appreciate the performance he showed, especially with the Hawks in danger of getting swept.
Trae Young is a tough MF & like I said he’ll keep the series competitive 🧊 https://t.co/hiw3qQj58i pic.twitter.com/rbut3sbrqS

Young's swagger and clutch gene are in full display once again. And if the Hawks want to win the series, they will need the same kind of intensity from their sharpshooter from start to finish in their remaining games.
