The Atlanta Hawks took on the New York Knicks on Sunday afternoon ahead of the Super Bowl LII, and it was another game that came down to the wire for the Eastern Conference teams.

With just 14 seconds left on the clock down 95-96, the Hawks' Dennis Schroder drove to the basket with his dominant right hand, but got cut off close to the rim. Schroder then found teammate Mike Muscala at the top of the key open for a three, but Muscala wisely waits for his defender to commit before dishing it to an even more open Kent Bazemore in the corner. Bazemore took his time and nailed the three-pointer to give his Hawks a 98-96 lead with six seconds left.

The Hawks came out with the victory, defeating the Knicks 99-96. Bazemore finished the night with 19 points, three rebounds, and two assists on the night. The Hawks won despite Schroder shooting just 2-16 from the field for 10 points, but he did add five rebounds, and six assists.

The Hawks travel to Memphis to take on the Grizzlies on Tuesday night looking to capitalize on today's win.
