After Coco Gauff disposed of Elise Mertens in two sets at Roland Garros, the American tennis phenom had a bold message for NBA fans back home. Gauff, a supporter of the Miami Heat, showed her support for the team while celebrating her victory at the French Open. The 18-year-old approached the camera and wrote in marker “Heat in 7.”

Gauff probably just gained a slew of new fans in the Miami area, and hopefully, her prediction comes true on Sunday night when the Heat host the Celtics for Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Final. The winner of the clash is set for a date with the Golden State Warriors in the NBA Finals.

Gauff's win at Roland Garros sees her advance to the quarter-finals of the French Open. Her next match is slated for Tuesday, May 31, though her opponent has not yet been determined. Gauff has yet to lose a set at the French Open, taking each match in two sets en route to her run to the quarter-finals.

She'll be hoping some of her good fortunes on the tennis court can translate to a Heat victory in the win-or-go-home game against the Celtics on Sunday night.

With Jimmy Butler coming off a historic performance in Game 6 against the Celtics, the Heat will be feeling confident about their ability to get the job done at home. With Gauff in their corner, that's just another bit of winning mentality added to the equation, and another big star hoping Miami will be punching a ticket to the NBA Finals this season.
