Miami Heat point guard Goran Dragic is available to play against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday in South Beach, according to head coach Erik Spoelstra.

Dragic has missed the previous three games due to a left calf strain. The Heat went 3-0 without the lefty and are excited to get their floor general back in the lineup versus the lowly Cavs.

Miami is 30-34 on the season, which is good for eighth place in the Eastern Conference standings.

In 18 games this season for the Heat, Goran Dragic is averaging 15.3 points, 2.8 rebounds and 4.3 assists. The 32-year-old is shooting 41.9 percent from the field, 33.3 percent from beyond the arc and 82.1 percent from the free-throw line.

Dragic missed 31 consecutive games after undergoing knee surgery. He made his return to the lineup on Feb. 23 against the Detroit Pistons.

The Heat have an offensive rating of 111.9 when Dragic is on the floor, via Basketball Reference. That rating drops to 107.5 when the veteran guard is not on the court. If Miami intends to make the playoffs in Dwyane Wade's last season in the NBA, the team is going to need Dragic to play at a high level.

Since returning from his knee injury, Dragic is averaging 15.5 points and 2.5 assists.
