April is almost over but Jimmy Butler and Kendrick Nunn are not done making a fool out of their opponents. The two Miami Heat players were in sync on Friday, performing a classic give-and-go trickery against the Atlanta Hawks.

It all began with Butler leaving his feet on one play before throwing a fancy pass to Nunn in the right corner. With all eyes now on the Heat point guard, Jimmy Buckets somehow sneaked past the Hawks defense with a back cut to the rim.

Once Butler was behind the defense, Nunn whipped the ball back to his hands with pinpoint accuracy. The Heat All-Star did the rest, finishing the easy alley-oop lay-in. Here's the brilliant two-man game of Butler and Nunn, via NBA:

Winners of their last three games before the Hawks matchup, Miami has been clicking on all cylinders right now. They currently cling to the seventh spot in the Eastern Conference Standings with a 31-28 slate, as of writing. Plays like this from Butler and Nunn are just what the team needs in order to avoid going through the playoff play-in tourney.

Nunn, for his part, is not really much of a playmaker, but he did make a fine read for a cutting Butler on this play.
