The Miami Heat couldn't catch a break on Friday night against the Atlanta Hawks. Despite their best efforts, Trae Young's heroics doomed them in the end. However, that wasn't the only loss they suffered that night, as one of their key players is in danger of missing time in the postseason.

Kyle Lowry, the bulldog point guard acquired by the Heat in the off-season, suddenly left the game due to an apparent injury. It was later revealed that Lowry had trouble with his hamstring. The team would eventually rule Lowry out for the game due to this injury.

After the game, Dave McMenamin caught up to Lowry. The Heat star wasn't happy with his injury scare, as he had been playing well in that game. However, Lowry gave fans something to cheer for with his epic statement to McMenamin.

“He [Lowry] said his left hamstring issue has him, “pissed the f— off,” and he plans round-the-clock treatment heading into Sunday's Game 4. When I asked if he could miss time he said, “No, I'm Wolverine,” with a grin.”

That's certainly encouraging to hear from Lowry. Missing games in the postseason is a death blow for any team. While the Heat have been a well-rounded team, losing their starting point guard would be less than ideal. Hopefully, Lowry can work through his injury and get back on the court quickly.

After a sluggish Games 1 and 2, the Hawks are bringing the fight to the Heat now. Trae Young has developed into one of the best players in the league, and it's showing in his clutch play. Miami will want to get their point guard back before Young does serious damage to them.
