Miami Heat veteran point guard Goran Dragic returned in Friday night's home matchup with the New York Knicks following a nine-game absence due to a groin injury.

Remarkably, in his first game back, the 33-year-old Slovenian guard served up a perfect, through-the-legs bounce pass to big man Bam Adebayo for a floater.

The Heat are coming off one of their more meaningful victories, defeating the Philadelphia 76ers in the City of Brotherly Love on Wednesday—delivering the Sixers their first home loss of the 2019-20 season. It was an emotional game, too, since it was the second time Jimmy Butler faced his former team in Philly.

Dragic came off the bench on Friday against the Knicks as a means to keep continuity for Erik Spoelstra's starters. The two-time champion head coach started Kendrick Nunn and Butler in the backcourt with the 12-year vet Dragic making his return off the pine.
