Milwaukee Bucks guard Jrue Holiday is an NBA champion, playing a big role in the team's 2020-21 championship run. However, that doesn't mean he's exempted from embarrassing moments. Just ask Charlotte Hornets rising star LaMelo Ball.

In the second quarter of the Hornets-Bucks game on Wednesday, Ball made Holiday touch earth with a nasty crossover that both players wouldn't forget–a good one for Melo and not so much for Jrue.

It would have been better had LaMelo Ball been the one who finished the play. Regardless, it was an epic move that will surely be in the highlight reel of top plays for Wednesday's game.

Melo has really picked up where he left off from his Rookie of the Year campaign in 2020-21. On the season prior to the game against the Bucks, he is averaging 19.3 points, 7.8 rebounds, 8.2  assists and 1.9 steals per game. His brilliant play has helped Charlotte be in the thick of the playoff race in the Eastern Conference–not too far off the the other top seeds.

As for Jrue Holiday and the Bucks, they would certainly want to quickly forget that rather embarrassing moment as they look to improve their standings in a bid to defend their title. Unfortunately, it's likely to be the talk of the town in the coming days or weeks.
