The Lady Spartans put up a valiant fight, but the Bison emerged victorious with a final score of 73-60. In the Men's game, it was the Spartans who claimed the win, triumphing over the Bison with a score of 65-61. Lady Bison vs. Lady Spartans

The Bison emerged victorious against the Spartans in an exciting women's game. Tyana Walker led the scoring for Howard University, racking up an impressive 24 points. Walker's prowess extended beyond the three-point line, where she showcased her accuracy by sinking six out of ten attempts.

Her overall field goal percentage stood at an impressive 60%. Kaiya Creek also made a significant contribution with 15 points of her own, shooting four for seven from the field. As a team, the Bison displayed remarkable shooting skills, boasting a 65% field goal percentage and an impressive 55.6% from beyond the arc.

On the other side, Norfolk State's Kierra Wheeler led their scoring efforts with 21 points, while Diamond Johnson contributed 16 points, shooting six for 14 from the field. Looking ahead, the Bison will face Morgan State in Baltimore on January 27th, while the Spartans will take on Coppin State at home on the same day, following their dominating 99-43 victory against Mary Washington.

In a hard-fought match, Howard University suffered a 65-61 defeat at the hands of Norfolk State. The game took an exciting turn when Jamarii Thomas sealed the victory for Norfolk State with a clutch three-pointer.
