Le'Veon Bell played in only 18 games with the New York Jets, but he got paid handsomely.

The star running back made a whopping $28 million with the Jets, per Spotrac.

The Jets released Le'Veon Bell after failing to find a trade partner for him. The former Pittsburgh Steelers superstar signed a four-year, $52.5 million contract with the Jets before the 2019 season started after sitting out the entire 2018 season due to a contract dispute with the Steelers.

In 18 games with the Jets, Bell ran for 264 yards and three touchdowns. The 28-year-old is certainly thrilled to be off the Jets, who are one of the worst franchises in the NFL.

Moving forward, it's going to be fascinating to see where Bell ends up. Stay tuned to ClutchPoints for all the latest news on Bell.
