The Philadelphia 76ers will travel to the FedEx Forum on Tuesday night for their preseason game against the Memphis Grizzlies. It is considered the toughest matchup for promising rookie Joel Embiid to date as he faces two-time all-star Marc Gasol, who himself is coming back from injury.
But a day before tipoff, the 22-year-old center sent a message on Monday morning to another Grizzlies' player: their prized recruit this summer, Chandler Parsons.
This comes after the Florida product posted a video of his morning shootaround on his Instagram account and Embiid commented on it, saying “Gonna cook your a** tomorrow.”

His troll on Parsons should be taken with a grain of salt and may just be part of him having fun online.
