The New York Knicks just might've competed one of the greatest NBA playoff comebacks of all time. After a made free throw by Kyle Lowry that put the 76ers up 101-96 with under 40 seconds to go in the game, the Knicks managed a Jalen Brunson three-pointer that got a lucky bounce into the hoop and cut the score to 100-99. The Knicks dialed up the pressure on the inbounds, causing Tyrese Maxey to lose the Lowry inbound and it managed it's way into Josh Hart's hands. Donte DiVincenzo got two shots at the three-pointer that would put them up one, eventually making it after an Isaiah Hartenstein dish back out to him after the offensive rebound.

The Knicks fans were surely loud in Madison Square Garden but they also took to Twitter to celebrate their team being up 2-0 in as epic of a Playoff moment as you'll find in the NBA.

“THAT WAS THE GREATEST KNICKS GAME OF MY LIFE,” posted superfan @knicksmuse.

“UNREAL: THE KNICKS WON ANOTHER GAME IN SPITE OF A SPECTACULARLY COLD JALEN BRUNSON – AND BECAUSE HE FINALLY LUCKED IN A LATE 3,” Undisputed host Skip Bayless posted.

“The rest of the league is watching the Knicks go up 2-0 with their up and coming superstar Brunson shooting 8-29 from the field. This is what happens when you don’t superstar hunt and build a culture and get WINNERS!!! Carry the hell on,” said ESPN NBA Analyst Kendrick Perkins, who has notoriously been bullish on the Knicks's chances as contenders with Jalen Brunson leading the way.

“Think about all the rough Knicks basketball games Mike Breen has called. He deserves to call games like this,” posted actor Jerry Ferrara. Ferrera also had an answer for NBA fans that might allege that the referees affected the game.

“If you think for one second the refs won that game for the Knicks give me a break. The refs the whole night were all over the place. Like the time Lowry slapped DDV in the neck and the won the challenge,” he posted in another tweet.

“Any other Knicks team would have lost! (I’m crying as I tweet this) ANY OTHER MUTHAF*CKIN KNICKS TEAM WOULD HAVE LOST! It’s our time,” posted @Sc00bie_D.

@NBA_University looked to the future after the win, excited at the roster that the Knicks have.

“This is coolest the Knicks have been in 25+ years. They’re great right now & not going anywhere. Nice cap sheet. Tons of picks. Elite role players everywhere. Jalen Brunson. No chance a big name doesn’t request a trade there soon.Knicks fans, how does it feel?”

“Nah I don’t think we realize it yet, We just watched a top moment in Knicks history just now,” posted @KingBacca22x.

“Some of the biggest shots in playoff history come from offensive rebounds/broken plays. Ray Allen probably has the greatest one. Reggie’s done it a few times to the Knicks. Tonight, Donte DiVincenzo made the most of his chance,” posted host of the SiriusXM NBA morning radio show The Starting Lineup Frank Isola.

With the Knicks winning two hard-fought games in the Garden, they now head to Philidelphia in the hopes of closing out the series in a sweep. New York and Philadelphia will meet for Game 3 on Thursday at 7:30 PM EST with the game broadcast on TNT.
