Since entering the league, Enes Kanter has made a name for himself for being very active on social media. He has made some hilarious posts in the past, trolled his former teammates, and even had a fiery exchange with LeBron James.

Recently, he took to his Instagram account to share a funny photo of him being defended by the entire Philadelphia 76ers squad on the floor. He also compared it to Kobe Bryant’s shot where he was also being guarded by multiple players. However, what made his latest social media activity even more hilarious was his caption, where he identified himself as the “Turkish Mamba.”

Enes Kanter is by no means close to being the player Kobe Bryant was, but he has found a way to inject humor into a recent photo of him. Now with Kristaps Porzingis slated to miss the remainder of the season due to a torn ACL, he will have a chance to show his worth further and play a bigger role than what he had to start the campaign.

The veteran big man has been a double-double machine for the Knicks and could help them snap out of their current losing streak soon. The team has not had a lot of success lately, but that could change if Kanter will be able to prove his doubters wrong and play even better. Should that happen, maybe he can make a case for himself as worthy of being double or even triple-teamed more, just like the Los Angeles Lakers legend who he compared himself to in the Instagram post he made.
