The New York Knicks took on the Washington Wizards on Tuesday night that turned out to be a solid game for New York. The game ended in a 131-113, boosting the Knicks to a 22-22 record. However great the game was for the team, it seems the night ended early for one fan.

Apparently, a fan was wearing a “Ban Dolan,” T-shirt, representing his displeasure for James Dolan, the owner of the team. Ultimately, he was able to have the fan escorted out of the arena, per Yahoo Sports.

Thanks to the recording of the video, it appears as though the arena has the right to remove anyone spouting a shirt, or sign, with offensive language. Considering Dolan is the owner of the New York Knicks, a shirt saying, “Ban Dolan,” was deemed as offensive.

The New York staff has been known to make some questionable decisions, likely because of James Dolan leading the way. However, it wasn't too long ago when Patrick Ewing, a Knicks legend, wasn't allowed into the stadium until he provided identification. We've also seen Charles Oakley, another Knicks legend, be escorted out of Madison Square Garden as well.

It's not a good look for the franchise, and this is just another example of why New York fans despise James Dolan. They have been struggling under his control, and he rules the arena with an iron fist.

The Knicks take on the Wizards again on Thursday, so it'll be interesting to see if someone else gets kicked out for something similar.
