New York Knicks center Luke Kornet may not be the most popular rookie in the league this year, but he certainly has a great sense of humor, and is not afraid to show it.

The 7-foot-1 center out of Vanderbilt recently shared a video of him on his Twitter account, where he can be seen walking in the streets of The Big Apple, and apparently enjoying himself. He even made a great reference to the iconic scene of the hit series “The Office” where Michael Scott (Steve Carell) made his way to a pizzeria to grab a slice of the world-famous New York style pizza.

Here's the original scene from the TV series:

Kornet went undrafted last June, but received an invite to be part of the Knicks Summer League squad. He made the most out of the opportunity presented to him and impressed the team's scouts. Back in July, he was signed to a two-way contract, and will have a chance to compete for a roster spot during training camp.

Should he fall short of making the final roster, the team will be expected to send him to their G League affiliate, the Westchester Knicks, to gain more experience and further improve his game. Whatever the future holds for him, one thing certain is that he will continue to enjoy being in New York, and could even have a chance in the future to showcase his talents on the biggest stage.
