The New York Knicks take on the Charlotte Hornets on Saturday at home, and RJ Barrett and Frank Ntilikina are available to play despite dealing with injuries.

Barrett has a right quadricep contusion, while Ntilikina is suffering from a sore groin. The Knicks, who are 3-9 on the season, are looking to win their second straight game of the season and having Barrett and Ntilikina in the lineup will help them accomplish that goal against the Hornets.

On the season, Barrett is averaging 15.3 points, 5.9 rebounds and 3.9 assists per game. The lefty is shooting 40.4 percent from the field, 34.1 percent from beyond the arc and 46.4 percent from the free-throw line.

Ntilikina, meanwhile, is putting up 5.1 points, 2.5 rebounds and 2.8 assists. He's shooting 36.2 percent from the floor, 37.5 percent from the 3-point line and 62.5 percent from the charity stripe.

The Hornets are coming off a win over the Detroit Pistons on Friday. Hornets guard Malik Monk hit the game-winning three at the buzzer. Charlotte is 5-7 on the season.

The Knicks defeated the Dallas Mavericks in their last game. It will be interesting to see if New York can carry its momentum from that contest and capture another win at MSG. The fans will surely be glad to see Barrett and Ntilikina in action.
