It's been a few seasons since the name Joakim Noah has inspired fear in the minds of NBA players, now merely mired as an injury-prone outcast in a New York Knicks jersey. But the Hell's Kitchen native has been putting in some work with his jump shot (or shot-put?), running wild after making two wing threes in a row to the despair of his defenders.

As the NBA expands its power forwards and centers to the 3-point line, so does Noah — though it'll take a few more displays of deep range before defenders start to close in on the awkward-shooting big man.

Rookie center Mo Bamba managed to turn heads prior to draft night with his 3-point shooting workouts after being known to be a ruthless defender with a developing offensive skillset during his lone year in college at Texas.

Noah could trend in a similar way, but will have to show some consistency with his health before we start viewing him as a potential stretch-five.
