His new Lakers teammate Anthony Davis sarcastically asked him what he had on. He also drew some flak from some of his Team USA members, with Boston Celtics rising star Jayson Tatum even calling for a group chat intervention on his friend.

The blonde locks definitely add to the ridiculousness of his overall look, no?

Fashion has become a huge part of the NBA culture. Some players usually try to go big by sporting some outlandish outfits. Kuzma’s attempt, however, didn’t go so well with his peers.

Fashion and wardrobe aside, Kuzma will still have a busy summer as part of Team USA in the upcoming FIBA World Cup later this month. Several players have dropped out from the program. In fact, they are now down to 13 players following the withdrawal of Sacramento Kings guard De’Aaron Fox, who decided to put his focus on the upcoming NBA season.

Kuzma should play a huge role for Team USA, as they need everyone to step up if they want to keep their place atop the basketball world.
