Bronny James isn't the generational prospect that his father LeBron James was when he was coming out of high school. But it's still clear that he shares the same genetics as the Los Angeles Lakers frontman.

The Lakers star owns arguably the most famous block in NBA history, but it's a different story witnessing your own child emulate you as they grow older. Maybe this will help Bronny gain some positive buzz after reportedly dropping in his recruiting class rankings, much to the dismay of his dad.

LeBron James has been vocal about his desire to play in the NBA alongside his son, whether that be on the Lakers or any other team willing to take a chance on Bronny. But that of course entails that he has the skills to make it in the league beyond just getting the backing of the greatest player of this generation. LeBron's pull alone might potentially be enough to get him drafted into the league.

Bronny James is still just 17 and has room to grow, both physically and skills-wise. Whether he develops into an NBA-level talent still remains to be seen, but the resources and genetics are clearly on his side.
