Dwight Howard played a key role for the Los Angeles Lakers during their historic title run in 2020. LA missed the services of the veteran big man this past season as he spent the campaign playing alongside Joel Embiid in Philadelphia. Another thing the Lakers missed about Howard is his unique sense of humor.

Howard reminded the Lakers exactly what they were missing — at least on the humor side — in a recent video that is now making its rounds on social media. The eight-time All-Star busted out a hilariously accurate impersonation of Lakers legend Shaquille O'Neal giving out his thoughts on Giannis Antetokounmpo (h/t NBA on TNT on Twitter):

Howard was on a roll here. Shaq wasn't his only victim in this clip as the new Lakers recruit also did an impersonation for Charles Barkley and NBA analyst Shannon Sharpe. Here's the full video:

It feels like Howard has a career in comedy once he hangs up his sneakers. Wouldn't you think so? I mean, these impersonations are pretty spot on.

As for the Lakers, they're going to need much more than just laughs from Dwight Howard this coming season. They signed him for a reason, and he could actually play a key role for LA's title hopes in 2021-22.
