Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James is heading into Year 19, but his rookie cards are still worth a fortune.

Per TMZ Sports, an extremely rare LeBron rookie card is set to hit the auction on Wednesday and is expected to sell for as much as $1.2 million. The collectible SP Authentic Exquisite Endorsements signed card is from his 2003-2004 season with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

The card has a PSA rating of 9, which basically means it's in absolutely mint condition and was packed away for nearly 20 years. LeBron James also had two other rookie cards sell for over $1 million in the last year, proving just how valuable they really are. However, there was a small period after the Lakers got knocked out of the playoffs where the King's card value did drop.

That won't worry James, nor does he care. He will strictly be focused on coming back with a bang next season after a thrilling first week of free agency for L.A., bringing in Carmelo Anthony, Trevor Ariza, Kendrick Nunn, and others.

It will be interesting to see how much this LeBron James rookie card does ultimately sell for. Just don't expect a Cavs fan to buy it. They're probably still bitter he jumped ship and left for the Lakers.
