LiAngelo Ball participated in a pre-draft workout with the Los Angeles Lakers today and he had a special guest in attendance to watch him.
His older brother Lonzo, the No. 2 overall pick of the Lakers last summer, showed up to support LiAngelo.

After the workout, LiAngelo was asked about his brother being there and had this to say:
“It was good that he was here, but if he wasn't here I would've done the same thing. I don't really pay much attention to who is here and who's not. I just do what I've come to do.”
There is a lot of attention surrounding LiAngelo's workouts and he will also work out for some other teams including the Warriors next month.
Most draft scouts and experts don't expect LiAngelo to even get picked. But there is a hope that he could go late in the second round and you never know if a team like the Lakers will end up with a pick at that point and want to take a chance on him.
Of course, LaVar has predicted that LiAngelo will end up with Lonzo on the Lakers and then LaMelo will make his way there too. While it seems unlikely, some of LaVar's predictions have been coming true already so who knows.
