Only a day after Kyle Kuzma roasted him for wearing a du-rag, Los Angeles Lakers rookie Lonzo Ball has returned the favor and made a strong comeback of his own.

While riding the team bus, Ball took a photo of his fellow rookie wearing sweatpants and a hoodie on. He then made a hilarious caption on his Snapchat, highlighting that Kuzma continues to sport the same kind of look and appears to have no plans of changing it anytime soon.

It can be recalled that last month, Kuzma threw some shade at Ball and his family’s Big Baller brand by making it known that he is not a fan of their expensive apparel. Since then, the two have been having a highly-entertaining back-and-forth by poking fun at each other about different things.

For what it’s worth, their recent exchange goes to show what kind of relationship they have. Despite many thinking that Ball and Kuzma won’t get along well, they are proving otherwise and that they are starting to build a strong bond. If they continue doing so, it will only make their chemistry on the court better, and it could translate to better performances on the court from them that will only benefit the Lakers more.

Even if Lonzo Ball and Kyle Kuzma are only in their first seasons in the NBA, they have both been integral parts of head coach Luke Walton’s rotation. They are also poised to become cornerstones of the storied franchise in the coming years especially with how good they have been so far in their rookie campaign.
