Every time a new movie from the Star Wars series is released, it has been one of the top-grossing films, as its popularity continues to grow. To celebrate the premiere for The Last Jedi, some NBA teams held Star Wars nights during their home games on Monday, while the Los Angeles Lakers played their team song during their practice session.

Lonzo Ball did not react at first when it was played, but then asked Brian Shaw if it was an actual song, and if it had lyrics. The veteran assistant coach could only shake his head in disbelief, as it clearly shows that their prized rookie is not fan of the film.

The franchise began in 1977 when their first movie was shown. With Ball being born 20 years after, it could be the reason why he is not familiar with it, or he is not fond of sci-fi and space opera films. However, with how iconic the theme song is, it still leaves some questions why he was unsure of it, and if it had any words.

It may not matter if Ball knows it or not, as what’s important is he looked very serious in trying to improve his free throw shooting in the clip. He has struggled shooting the ball throughout the season, but with the amount of work he’s putting in now, he may soon snap out of the slump in their upcoming games, which will be very good news to the Lakers and their fans.
