March 7th (The Hunt) Drip Marketing & Official Reveal

“Pardon my manners!”

“March 7th in a Xianzhou-styled outfit. A sword-wielding female martial artist. Learning swordsmanship from both Yunli and Yanqing, she is eager to create more beautiful memories on the Xianzhou.”

We first heard about March 7th’s alternate form during the HSR Version 2.1 livestream. Shaoji, the writer for the game’s Penacony Arc, was asked on-stream “When will March 7th transform?”. This is in reference to the fact that both Dan Heng and the Trailblazer have alternate forms.

In response, Shaoji said that similar to the Trailblazer’s ability to change Paths, March 7th will “have a system similar to switching Paths that is unique to her”. Additionally, he mentioned that “for her, it might not be walking on a new Path, but rather creating memories.”

March 7th (The Hunt) is a 4-star Imaginary character on the Path of The Hunt. She’s expected to be playable on Honkai Star Rail Version 2.4. This update is expected to go live on July 31, 2024.

As for how to unlock her, the reveal tweet contained a tip from Pom-Pom, which stated that players should “Participate in the event to unlock march 7th’s new Path.” This is likely referring to the Wardance event that has been teased to happen in the game’s version 2.4
