Luka Doncic is more of a finesse guy on the court. However, against the Philadelphia 76ers, the Dallas Mavericks star decided to add a little spice to his usual game.

With over 9 minutes left in the third quarter, Doncic and the Mavs were running a fastbreak. In an uncharacteristic show of power, Doncic crossed over and went for a vicious two-handed dunk.

That wasn't the end of the fireworks show for the Mavs star, however. Later in that same quarter, Luka Doncic would hit another crossover, then threw down a nasty tomahawk dunk over Andre Drummond.

After dunking once all season long, Doncic doubled his dunk production in just one game. The Mavs star's two-dunk highlight reel has another young star jumping up and down. Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant tweeted right after Luka Doncic's dunk that the Slovenian phenom needs to get on the Dunk Contest.

Doncic and Morant are heralded as the two torch-bearers for the NBA. Both young stars have been absolutely phenomenal in their careers, carrying their teams with absurd performance after absurd performance. Both the Mavs and the Grizzlies are blessed to have such talented players on their teams right now, playing at a high level.

The way things are shaking up in the Western Conference, it's entirely possible that the Mavs and Grizzlies could face each other in the postseason. It would be a revival of an old conference rivalry with some new faces leading the way. A seven-game duel between Luka Doncic and Ja Morant is every NBA fan's dream scenario today.
