There's been a back-and-forth going on between Dallas Mavericks superstar Luka Doncic and Devin Booker in what has been a truly captivating series between the Mavs and the Phoenix Suns. It was Doncic and Co. that came out on top on Thursday, 99-90, as they tied the series at 3-3 after their Game 6 victory.
After the game, Luka spoke out about all the trash-talking that has been going on. Apparently, the Mavs stud is loving every bit of it:
“I like when people trash talk to me,” Doncic said. “It gets me going. It's fun, man. It's basketball, there's gonna be a lot of trash talking, and I like it. It's fun for me. It's competitive basketball and I like it. So, it's fun for me.”

Sounds like it's fun for him, right? He was smiling the whole time too, which just goes to show how giddy the Mavs star is about the subject.
In all seriousness, Luka backed up his talk on the basketball court on Thursday night. The Mavs guard dropped a game-high 33 points with 11 rebounds and eight assists. The Suns simply had no answer for Doncic in Game 6 and it resulted in a blowout win for the Mavs.
It goes without saying that Game 7 is going to be epic.
