Dallas Mavericks superstar Luka Doncic continues his legendary quest to be one of the games' best. On Monday against the Denver Nuggets, the 21-year-old clinched his sixth triple-double this season with 35 points, 10 rebounds and 16 assists. It was also his third career-game with a 35-15-10 stat line.

Doncic's insane performance has him writing his name in the history books once again. According to ESPN, the Mavs point guard is now the only player in NBA history to achieve such a stat line multiple times before turning 22. Even the great Michael Jordan was only able to do it once back in 1985 while Luka, at 21, has already done it thrice.

Unfortunately for Mavs fans, Luka Doncic's big night came at another L. The Nuggets were able to make big plays down the stretch to hand Dallas their second straight home defeat. Even the Slovenian youngster's season-high of 16 assists weren't enough, as the short-handed team continue their rocky start to the 2020-21 NBA season.

Dallas, 8-9, currently find themselves at the bottom half of the Western Conference. Much of their struggles, however, can be attributed to the absence of their key contributors due too COVID-19-health and safety protocols. With that said, Doncic has been carrying the load early on for the Mavs with career-high numbers in boards and dishes. His points and shooting numbers are down, but head coach Rick Carlisle is hoping that huge games like this get the young superstar rolling.

Doncic has a chance to lead the Mavs to a much-needed win come Wednesday when they visit the Utah Jazz in Salt Lake City.
