After rolling hard to the basket, Dallas Mavericks big man Willie Cauley-Stein flushed it over Nikola Jokic and Paul Millsap of the Denver Nuggets.

Cauley-Stein and JJ Barea perfectly executed a pick-and-roll play that rendered the Nuggets defenseless. To recall, Cauley-Stein was of the Mavs' trade acquisitions earlier this year. The team apparently got him for his length and sheer athleticism. And in the play below, Cauley-Stein deserves that he was worth the transaction.

Cauley-Stein was the sixth overall pick in the 2015 NBA Draft. For his career, he's averaging 9.8 points, 6.4 rebounds, 1.6 assists across 23.9 minutes.

In his first few games with the Mavs, the big man is averaging some 12 minutes per game. This might be an indication that head coach Rick Carlisle is still figuring out how to utilize the big man effectively. His play with Barea may have given Carlisle a sign on how to use him.
