Chicago White Sox relief pitcher Ryan Tepera casually implied that the Houston Astros are still up to their sign-stealing ways after Game 3 of the ALDS. After losing the first two games of the series in Houston and then falling behind 5-1 in Sunday's Game 3, the White Sox roared back and bashed around the Astros to force a Game 4 with a 12-6 win.
While White Sox starter Dylan Cease really struggled, the bullpen — including Tepera — did a number on Houston and struck out 14 batters. This prompted the sign-stealing accusations, and now Astros manager Dusty Baker is firing back:
"I had never even heard his name before we played the White Sox,” Baker said. “Let them talk"

This series is starting to get spicy. Right when it looked like the Astros were going to cruise to a sweep, the White Sox woke up and made things interesting. In addition to these cheating accusations, there was some controversy with Yasmani Grandal and an interference play that went in Chicago's favor. The White Sox finally caught some breaks on Sunday, and now they'll have a chance to force a series-deciding Game 5.
Unfortunately, that's going to have to wait until Tuesday. Game 4 has already been postponed due to inclement weather in Chicago. Get ready for some fireworks when these two teams face off again.
