On the same week Shaq was embarrassed on national television — having to show his grown hairline — the Hall of Fame center and current NBA on TNT broadcaster was  further pranked by his former college teammate Tracy Murray on his birthday.

Murray shared several photos of O'Neal, who turned 48 years old on Friday. One such photo included O'Neal posing with the one-time Los Angeles Lakers assistant coach and his children, but Murray “accidentally” cropped out the seven-foot center so Shaq's head could not be seen in the frame on Instagram.

The former NBA player later jokingly “apologized” and re-posted the same family photo featuring O'Neal on the social media platform, telling his followers: “My bad big fella did you wrong on the last post. … Happy birthday!”

Murray was a journeyman forward in the NBA for a dozen seasons, declaring for the 1992 Draft along with O'Neal, who was the first overall pick and went to the Orlando Magic. Murray was taken by the San Antonio Spurs with the 18th overall pick and traded twice in the offseason before his rookie season, eventually going to the Portland Trail Blazers.

Murray spent time with six franchises, including briefly playing alongside O'Neal on the Lakers for 31 games during the 2002-03 season.

It has been a rough week for Shaq, getting pranked by former NBA teammates Murray and Dwyane Wade — the latter of whom was the victor of a bet on who would win the Milwaukee Bucks-Miami Heat matchup over last weekend.
