Isaiah Thomas is not giving up on his NBA dreams just yet, and it looks like he could get another opportunity sooner rather than later.

In a recent appearance on the Jalen & Jacoby show, Thomas admitted he has been in talks with a few NBA teams about a potential signing. While IT didn't specify which squads he is in contact with, it's certainly good news that he's progressing in his comeback bid after failing to find a stable home in the past four seasons.

“I’ve been talking to four teams,” the two-time All-Star said when asked if he has received any interest from teams.

For what it's worth, Isaiah Thomas has been linked with the Los Angeles Lakers, Boston Celtics and Golden State Warriors in the latest free agency rumors. In fact in the same Jalen & Jacoby interview, IT acknowledged the Beantown chatter and expressed his belief he can make an impact on Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown.

On the other hand, Lakers superstar LeBron James also showed his support to Thomas when the 32-year-old guard reflected on his journey so far to get back to the NBA. This came after  reports surfaced that the Purple and Gold are considering signing IT to a deal.

It remains to be seen which team will give Thomas another chance in the NBA. However, he has definitely shown he still has what it takes to contribute, recently making headlines after dropping 65 and 81 points in back-to-back Pro Am games.

In the past four seasons since being dealt by the Celtics to the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2017, IT has played for the Lakers, Denver Nuggets, Washington Wizards and New Orleans Pelicans–all on limited and brief roles. Here's to hoping the King of the Fourth finds a new home soon.
