New York Knicks and ESPN TV broadcaster Mike Breen is the latest NBA personality to deliver a powerful message regarding the coronavirus.

Breen also had some fun with his message. The Hall of Fame broadcaster let out a classic, “Bang!” after hitting a jump shot following his message about social distancing and washing your hands:

The NBA was forced to suspend play after Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert tested positive for the coronavirus.

Jazz shooting guard Donovan Mitchell, Detroit Pistons big man Christian Wood, Brooklyn Nets superstar small forward Kevin Durant and Boston Celtics guard Marcus Smart are the other NBA players which contracted the virus.

Gobert recently revealed that he's lost his sense of smell due to the virus.

Monday evening brought on even more sad news, as Minnesota Timberwolves star Karl-Anthony Towns revealed his mother is in a coma following testing positive for the virus. Breen and the rest of the NBA community are certainly thinking about KAT and his family at the moment.

While NBA owners would like to resume the season in the summer, there isn't too much optimism since the virus keeps spreading and city after city is going on lockdown.
