Hall of Famer Shaquille O'Neal has reportedly decided to significantly decrease his asking price for his massive mansion in Florida. The property initially went up for sale at $28 million in 2018 but has now dropped to $19.5 million in value.

This report comes via FOX 35 Orlando, who also provided a great collection of photos of O'Neal's luxurious property:

However, according to listing agent Compass, the home is now priced at $19.5 million. They said that the home is located within the Isleworth Golf & Country Club. It features 12 bedrooms, an indoor basketball court, a 17+ car showroom-style garage, a cigar bar with walk-in humidor and wine storage, a soundproof home theater, three fireplaces, a lakefront office, and a spacious kitchen. It sits on nearly four acres of land.

The mansion itself is already 31,000 square feet, so you can only imagine how huge Shaquille O'Neal's home is. Nonetheless, the property was evidently overpriced, with the market refusing to bite on the original $28-million price tag.

O'Neal has decided to slash the price by nearly $10 million — which is a significant amount even for his own standards — as he hopes that the hefty discount is enough to lure potential buyers.

The future owner of this estate will also get to enjoy the property's tennis facility, clubhouse, a resort-style swimming pool, and naturally, an 18-hole championship golf course. Talk about living in style.

According to sources, O'Neal purchased the property during his time with the Orlando Magic. Back then, he reportedly paid less than $4 million for the entire estate, so clearly, he's made some massive upgrades since.
