During a recent interview with Cheslie Kryst of Extra, NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal shared a funny story of how actress Halle Berry inspired him to play his best game ever against the New York Knicks.

O'Neal said he was at the free-throw line when he saw Berry looking at him. Once The Diesel spotted her, the game changed for Shaq.

“My best game was at the New York Knicks,” Shaquille O'Neal said. “I was about to shoot a free throw and Halle Berry was looking at me. I went back to the bench and told everybody, ‘Do not shoot the ball. Make sure I get the ball every single time.' That was my best, all because Halle Berry was there.”

O'Neal is widely regarded as the most dominant and powerful player in NBA history.

However, even Berry's beauty got the best of O'Neal. The NBA icon didn't reveal what year this incident took place, but we can assume the Knicks had no answer for him with Berry in attendance.

During his Hall of Fame NBA career, O'Neal averaged 23.7 points, 10.9 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 2.3 blocks. He won four titles (three with the Los Angeles Lakers, one with the Miami Heat), three Finals MVPs and one regular-season MVP Award.
