In the event that he doesn't suit up, this will be the first game he's missed this season. Last season, in his rookie campaign, Tatum missed just two games — both of which were in the final five games of the regular season.

The 21-year-old is averaging 16.1 points, 6.2 rebounds, 1.1 steals, and 0.8 blocks per game. He’s second on the team in both points and rebounds and also the only player to play every game the Celtics this season. If ever he sits out, Gordon Hayward would likely take the starting small forward spot.
Hayward — who's playing his first season back from last year's devastating injury — seems to be getting his stride slowly and surely. In the month of March, he's averaging 13.2 points per game — his best month so far. One of his best games occurred in this month: a 30-point explosion in a 128-95 win over the defending champions, the Golden State Warriors.
After visiting the Clippers on Monday, the Celtics will head back to Boston for a three-game homestand. They have a 41-26 record for fifth place in the East. They have a chance to reach the 50-win mark with 15 games remaining in the season.
