As reported by Adam Himmelsbach of The Boston Globe, NBA Draft prospect Mo Bamba said that the Boston Celtics — a team which has been targetting him — hasn't reached out to him lately:
“I spoke to them at the combine. I knew they’d always been a team that was kind of targeting me. I haven’t heard much from them lately, but we’ll see.”
Earlier this month, news broke out that the Celtics are arranging a deal to acquire the shot-blocking machine on draft night. The deal, according to rumors, might include Jaylen Brown or Terry Rozier. According to a report from Sean Deveney of Sporting News:
Boston has expressed interest in Bamba, including interviewing him at the Chicago pre-draft combine two weeks ago. Bamba measured in with a record wingspan of 7-10 in Chicago, reinforcing his status as the most ready-made rim protector in the draft.

So are the Celtics out of the Bamba picture? It's still a matter of wait-and-see. Maybe they are taking a closer look if they really need Bamba.
But just recently, the New York Knicks met with the big man, a sign that they might trade up to overtake New York who owns the ninth pick in tomorrow's draft. As per Ian Begley of ESPN:
Members of the Knicks organization met in-person with Texas’ Mohamed Bamba in New York today, team sources told ESPN. The meeting is an indication that the Knicks are considering trading up from the No. 9 pick. Bamba is projected as the fifth pick in ESPN's latest mock draft.
